I guess pending a bit of time researching what people that have actually used an item themselves have to say about it can turn out to be time well spent if it leads to the right choice in the end. Comment on Which Broadband? by Pasty Muncher http://1sttimebuying.co.uk/2008/03/24/which-broadband/comment-page-1/#comment-8 Pasty Muncher Tue, 25 Mar 2008 10:44:02 +0000 http://1sttimebuying.wordpress.com/?p=9#comment-8 I recently had a go at getting a Sky Broadband/TV package - the deal looked fantastic however it turned out that I wasn't within a sky "network" region and would have to pay an extra £17 a month on top of the £16 tv package. This is odd as Sky use the BT network of copper lines and I can get great broadband connection from current provider Eclipse although they refuse to lower my tariff after a year contract. BT are pushing their broadband internet packages and at first glance seem reasonable - at least they're open about having to pay for phone line rental. I am interested in traditional link advertising as well as using link “blurbs” on certain pages of your site, or on certain articles – perhaps even submitting articles. This includes but is not limited to purchasing a post also. We are open to any idea that would allow us to capture interested readers, but would prefer to avoid the traditional “Ads by Google” and “Sponsored Links” sections. Please let me know if you’d be open to discussing advertising possibilities further. Thanks in advance, Travis National Techmark advertising inquiry: http://1sttimebuying.co.uk/

Hello,

I’ve recently looked over your site and believe that your reader-base and visitors might be a possible advertising venue for us.

Thanks in advance,
